Foodlink is dedicated to serving the needs of the homeless and needy through providing jobs, preventing hunger and training for the future.
Description:
California Emergency Foodlink assists in providing the State of California's Food Assistance Bureau the logistics and transportation of government and privately donated food commodities to every county in the state. In addition foodlink offers training in truck driving and warehouse operations with its partner the Sacramento county office of education (scoe). Foodlink also operated a local food bank for Sacramento county and coordinates distributions throughout the state.
